According to the NIO company NDA this case can not be published officially yet.
Main goal of the project was to optimize NIO house’s unique experience, by identification areas of the improvement and later drive the ideal transformation. Working with the client’s team to uncovered key insights from consumer interviews to understand the different usage scenarios and user expectations, and as a result, mapped out the opportunities for NIO house to gear towards a target role in its relationship with customers. By combining research, insight articulation and strategy, was created a deeper understanding of the audience and specific areas in which NIO house could better impact their car owner’s life.
These changes would be implemented in NIO house within 2020.
