Radisson Hotel Group (RHG) has been acquired by one of the leading hotel groups in the world and planned to open new hotels across china. RHG has been tasked to localize its brands and services to the chinese market to be able to deliver culturally relevant experiences that enhances local travelers’ expectations around the world seamlessly.

Through a deep-dive into the hospitality field and the coordination of several stakeholders, global services of each hotel brand were adjusted to China. The practical implementations redefined experiences in: new services, F&B offerings, in-hotel spaces, brand programs, technology and social media.

The result was a custom service blueprint that redesigned the chain‘s global strategy and experience to the local consumer’s preferences, also increasing the hotel’s future profitability. The final outcome was included in the RHG China brand book and easily franchised to start it’s deployment within 2020.
