Starbucks was introducing its new delivery service with a comprehensive business model that resonates with the brand mission of “Inspiring and nurturing the human spirit—one person, one cup, and one neighbourhood at a time.” The main task was to help Starbucks to find an engaging way to introduce this service to the consumers and keep it coherent with its offline venues.

Our team defined campaign strategy, complete several creative ideation workshop together with Starbucks internal team and found entertaining methods to communicate it through various channels: video storyboard, campaign activations off-line pop-ups (such as escape room, interactive booth, etc.), mobile games, loyalty programmes. Also we conducted Starbucks native APP analysis & improvement recommendations for the already developed attributes, as well as new features suggestions.

This project has been already partly implemented in 2019. Several features and activations still to be executed in 2020-2021
